Kitchen Cleavers! When I grew up, my parents had many kitchen knives. My father was a career cook, cooking in various restaurants around the valley. Despite having several knives at home, he and my mother always used their kitchen Cleaver. Chopping, slicing, dicing, deboning they used just their kitchen cleaver. now 30 years after my father passed away, we still have his cleaver. One large, Nigiri style, Chinese Kitchen cleaver.
